A WINERY WITH HISTORY

The small sherry vinegar solera established in 1910 by Mr. Francisco Páez Sánchez, owner of the wine recreational society Los Palitos, was the basis and inspiration for his son, Mr. Antonio Páez Lobato, to found Bodegas Páez Morilla in 1945.

A PIONEERING WINERY

We are a pioneering company in the production, aging and marketing of sherry vinegar, a business that was unheard of back in the day. Despite the exceptional features of this product, its use was limited to winery owners, relatives and acquaintances.

However, since 1977, at Bodegas Páez Morilla we have also experimented with atypical wines in Jerez and its surroundings: Viña Lucía, which was the first bottled crianza red wine in the region, and Tierra Blanca, an Andalusian white wine that comes with a double choice: dry or semi-sweet, both delicate and delicious.

We have also launched the brand Doña Pepa, consisting of a wide range of balsamic glazes and a wine for culinary use.
