We offer a wide range of products from sherry vinegars and wines somewhat atypical for the area to balsamic glazes and wines for cooking.

WINES

Tierra blanca SECO (DRY)

Dry, Andalusian white wine, made with the varieties Palomino Fino and Riesling, harvested in our vineyard La Vicaría in Arcos de la Frontera, in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz.

Tierra blanca semidulce
(SEMI-SWEET)

Semi-sweet white wine made with selected grapes of the varieties Palomino Fino, Muscatel and Riesling, harvested in our vineyard La Vicaría in Arcos de la Frontera, in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz.

La botella azul
(SEMI-SWEET)

Semi-sweet white wine. Served chilled, it is perfect to accompany rice, creamy cheeses and fish, as well as a variety of appetizers and light meals. Single grape variety: Muscat of Alexandria.
Risa (SPARKLING white)

Fruity wine with sweet notes, but at the same time refreshing and with a very good structure. It has a low alcohol content (7.5 %). Recommended to be paired with fish, seafood and rice dishes.

RISA ROSADO (SPARKLING ROSÉ)

Naturally fermented rosé wine, ideal as an aperitif or to be paired with fish and seafood. Very fruity, intense, with fresh ripe fruit notes. Refreshing taste and slightly sweet.


Viña Lucía (RED)

First red wine from Cadiz, bottled since 1977. Red wine made with selected Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, harvested in our vineyard La Vicaría, in Arcos de la Frontera. Aged for 6 months in brand new French oak barrels.

Viñadero (red)

Red wine from Cádiz, made from selected Syrah and Tempranillo grapes harvested in our vineyard La Vicaría in Arcos de la Frontera. Aged for at least 6 months in French oak barrels.

Arrullo de estrellas (SWEET RED)

Sweet red wine from Cádiz, produced from selected Syrah and Tempranillo grapes harvested in our vineyard La Vicaría in Arcos de la Frontera. Aged for at least 6 months in French oak barrels.

Doña Pepa
(COOKING WINE)

Doña Pepa cooking wine is a full-bodied, clean and dry wine, aged in oak casks. Recommended for tasty recipes, especially stewed meats, rice dishes, mollusks, tuna with onion, boletus & truffle creams...
 

VINEGARS

Adelantado

Sherry Vinegar Gran Reserva. This vinegar is produced from sherry wine of the Palomino Fino variety and it has aged for more than 10 years in American oak casks. After its certification by the Regulatory Council, we present a product of great organoleptic complexity.

Sherry Vinegar Reserva Premium. Vinegar from a scrupulous selection of our best vinegar barrels of the Palomino Fino variety. Its acetic graduation is 8º.

Vinegar from a thorough selection of barrels containing our best vinegar of the Palomino Fino variety. Its acetic content is 8º.

pedro ximénez

It comes from the acetification and
aging in pedro ximénez wine barrels. Acetic content: 6º.

Reserva with muscatel

Through the acetification of wines made from Muscatel grapes, we produce a bittersweet vinegar of great aromaticity. Its acetic content is 6º.

Reserva 25

This vinegar is obtained from sherry wines of the Palomino Fino variety after aging in American oak casks from 5 to 10 years. It has an acetic graduation of 8º.

Reserva 12

After aging in American oak casks from 5 to 10 years, we produce this vinegar from sherry wines of the Palomino Fino variety. Acetic content: 8º.

Gran Gusto

Produced from sherry wines of the Palomino Fino variety, this vinegar ages from 2 to 5 years inside American oak barrels. Acetic content: 7º.

el rioje

Produced from sherry wines of the Palomino Fino variety, this vinegar ages from 2 to 5 years inside American oak barrels. Its acetic content is 7.5º.

Botavin

Vinegar produced by acetification of sherry wines. It ages for 6 months in American oak barrels. Its acetic graduation is 7º.
 

GLAZES

DOÑA PEPA PREMIUM BALSAMIC GLAZE WITH SOY SAUCE

Great versatility due to its flavour and texture. Ideal to accompany sushi, salads, fried foods, rice, soups and noodles, as well as to marinate meats, fish, vegetables and seafood.

DOÑA PEPA sugar-free balsamic glaze with MODENA vinegar

Dark color sauce with glossy mahogany shades. Gel texture, velvety and shiny. With sweet notes, characteristic of ripe and raisined fruits harmonized with the acidic notes of vinegar.

Doña Pepa premium balsamic glaze with black garlic

This glaze can be used both hot and cold, to add a hint or to be the main ingredient in your recipes. Its texture when cold is like gel, ideal to decorate your dish. When heated, it can become more liquid, although it will recover its body when cooled again.

DOÑA PEPA balsamic glaze with sherry vinegar

It is a balsamic sauce with sharp notes, characteristic of acetic acid, which harmonize with the sweet notes of the concentrated must.
